Free “Volunteer Management 101”

WHEN AND WHERE:  Wednesday, September 18th from 8 a.m. to 12 noon in the City Life Center’s (1515 Fairview Avenue) Community Room.  The City Life Center is just west of the fairgrounds off Russell St.  WHAT:  A free 4-hour class for volunteer managers, students and curiosity seekers. Learn about volunteer recruitment, retention, recognition and so much more. Ask our expert trainer Vicky Bostick the questions you’ve always wanted to ask. You’ll also walk away with a great notebook of volunteer management resources and some new friends. Vicky Bostick has been a Volunteer Coordinator with Missoula Aging Services for 16 years During this time 1,876 new volunteers have been recruited giving 1,764,384 hours to Missoula County partnering agencies. Currently she focuses on marketing, volunteer recruitment, volunteer interviewing and partnering agency site development.  TO RSVP:  Space is limited so please sign up soon.
